Platon Shchukin - who is he? How to write to Yandex technical support (Platon Schukin) Yandex Platon Schukin support service.

Platon Shchukin is written mainly by webmasters and website creators. Letters to Yandex technical support are an extreme measure and indignation of users when trouble happens to their sites.

Unfortunately, in the help service for site owners - Yandex help, there are not answers to all questions and are very blurry. But you really want to know the reason why your site stopped showing up in the search.

Who is Platon Shchukin?

Yandex technical support employees are humorous people who have taken a collective pseudonym - Platon Shchukin. This is not the real name of the tech employee. support.

Yandex employs many people and the technical support service can employ up to 10 people. It is precisely they who answer on the same behalf, hiding behind Platon Shchukin. It's easier to communicate with webmasters so as not to advertise their real names, which are a secret.

Agree, if you knew that Ivan Ivanov (I give an example) works at Yandex in technical support and he turns out to be your friend, wouldn't you contact him? For such a case, you can drink beer with him and give money.

Why write a letter to Platon Shchukin

Until 2018, the interface of the Yandex system did not change and it was easy to find a link to the feedback form. It was called - ask a question about the support site. It was at the bottom of the page with information about your site.

In 2018, the Yandex Help service was changed and this link was removed.

Instead, they added a whole guide for webmasters describing various site problems and how to solve them. For some, this information may be useful, and on this the desire to write to Yandex technical support disappears, the person leaves to correct errors on the site and make it better.

But what if Yandex mistakenly throws your white and fluffy site out of the search or imposes a filter?

My young site (so far 5 pages) has an inscription that Yandex considers it a doorway. The error description says that doorways are used to redirect visitors to other sites. But I don't have any links, except for one to yotube video hosting. I shot the video myself and pasted the code to view on the page. The video is relevant.

In general, not finding answers to my questions, I decided to write a letter and it turned out to be not so simple. Yandex removed the usual location of the link and I had to work hard to find it.

We are looking for a form of feedback from those. Yandex support

Here is a step by step guide on how to find it.

2 step. Select your site at the very bottom of the page, click on the feedback link.

3 step. Here you will see a list of possible problems with the site and ways to solve them, but we need to follow the link - Indexing the site.

5 step. Making the transition - The site completely disappeared from the search

6 step. In the list, select - the reasons for excluding the site from the search are not known

Step 7, final. Here it is our cherished goal, a feedback form with Platon Shchukin (technical support). Just do not forget to check the boxes below - the site opens in a browser and responds with HTTP-200, no violations were found on the site in Yandex Webmaster, it was not possible to find out the reasons for the disappearance of the site from the search. The contact form will open at the very bottom.

8 step. We fill out the form, report the problem and fix it.

These are the simple steps you need to send an email. Congratulations, you have learned the big secret of how to write to Yandex technical support (Platon Shchukin).

If you are too lazy to read the step-by-step guide, then just copy and open the link to the last page with the feedback form. There she is. https://yandex.ru/support/webmaster-troubleshooting/site-indexing/bad-indexing/disappeared-reasons.html

Why Yandex hid the feedback form like that.

The answer to this question sounds like this, too many people write letters to Plato and for various reasons. This creates an additional burden on employees who are already unable to respond to everyone on a large flow of messages.

Such measures will significantly reduce the flow of letters to those. support.

Basically, all problems with the site are well described in Yandex help. Answers to frequently asked questions are designed to shorten letters to Yandex.

But what if there was a bug or error on the Yandex side? Perhaps the algorithms have mistakenly applied a filter to your site? That's what technical support is for.

Meet Platon Schukin. Maybe just Plato. This person is known firsthand to every webmaster. This simple-minded nickname hides both the Yandex bot and the technical support of this search engine. In general, Shchukin is an advanced figure, he even has his own thematic blog, where he publishes very useful information. But sometimes even this is not enough. Sooner or later, you may have a question. And then you will want to know how to write to Plato in Yandex directly.

How to compose the text of the letter?

When you ask yourself this question, remember what was written above. Plato is a robot. Yes exactly. Therefore, in the vast majority of cases, you will receive an automatically generated response to the first message to Shchukin, and not a response from live specialists from the support group. It is explained simply. Every day, technical support receives thousands, tens of thousands of letters. Just imagine what state Yandex needs to have in order to respond to each message.

Therefore, if you write a letter of standard content to Platon Schukin, it is filtered, and you receive a standard response from the robot. If you don’t calm down on this and write to technical support again, the place of this character is taken by a living employee. And then you will receive an individual answer to your question. It's good to know another secret. Actually, this is no longer a secret. If you want to get a real person's answer to your first letter, compose it in an extremely unusual way.

As an option: “During the last takeoff of my Boeing, which took place on 02/30/15, all passengers were mercilessly eliminated by your fighters. No one was left alive. There was no illegal sale of tickets on the Boeing, so the reason why the passengers were shot down is a mystery. Tell me, what can I do to get my Boeing back into the air with passengers?”

There are many examples of such messages on the Internet. What for? Everything is simple. If you write nonsense to Plato in Yandex, the robot will not be able to choose an answer. When this happens, most likely, Shchukin's work algorithm provides for sending a letter for manual moderation. Would you like to learn more about how and where to write a letter? Then read on!

Where to write to Platon Schukin: step by step instructions

Often, finding the exact address where to send your question is a real problem for webmasters. The thing is that in the course of Yandex's innovations, the feedback form was hidden so far that it could not be found right away. Before you write to Plato, you have to answer a lot of questions in Yandex.Webmaster, which offers possible solutions to our situation. And only after we have done a lot of clicking, there is a chance to go to the form of contacting technical support. Consider the process in pictures.

Step #1 We go to Yandex.Webmaster.

Step #2 In the lower right corner of the page, we look for the link “Feedback” with our eyes.

Step #4 After we get to the page where we are offered to choose the subject of our question. Let for example it will be "Indexing the site".

Step #5 Here we are waiting for a real interrogation. We click where it is indicated that none of the above solves our problem.

Step #6 After much torment, we finally find ourselves on the coveted form of feedback. Here we fill in all the fields that are marked with an asterisk as required. By the way, that's almost all. Also here it is proposed to take a screenshot illustrating our situation. After that, click "Send" and wait for a response from Platon Schukin. The letter should come to the e-mail address indicated by us.

If you understand how to write to Platon Schukin, and did everything right, then the answer usually comes within a few days. Sometimes it happens that on the day the message was sent. On this, perhaps, everything.

If you still don't know who Platon Schukin and how it relates to Yandex:

Platon Shchukin is a fictional character on whose behalf Yandex technical support employees conduct correspondence.

Many beginners, as well as seasoned webmasters, sometimes ask themselves questions: “ How to write to Yandex technical support?". Probably each of us, at least once, asked a question to Plato on his website.

Why did this question even arise?

The thing is that Yandex technical support receives a huge number of questions every day, and many of them are simply about nothing. It is clear that it is very difficult to cope with such a blockage, because Yandex's resources are severely limited, at least by the number of technical support employees. Therefore, Yandex has found a solution on how to filter out most of the requests.

How filtered?

It's simple, they stuffed the feedback form into the J itself. That's why questions arise on the forums, they say, how to write to Yandex.

So how to write to technical support?

If you still decide to write to Yandex technical support (webmaster), and did not find the answer to your question elsewhere, follow the instructions below.

Step 1. We go to Yandex Webmaster and select the site on which we want to ask a question:

Step 2 At the very bottom (to the right) you will find the link " Feedback»:

Step 3 Again we are faced with the so-called screening of users. Instead of a request form, you are offered to familiarize yourself with ready-made answers. From the list select " Site indexing»:

then " The site is not indexed well", Further " The site has completely disappeared from the search" and finally the final click, select " The reasons for exclusion of the site from the search are unknown»:

After all these perversions, a long-awaited feedback form with Yandex technical support appears (or rather, a link, at first):

In the last interview with Mikhail Slivinsky, we answered a number of your questions, but in reality the range of questions turned out to be a little wider, so today we are here in the same composition.

Plato: Michael, glad to welcome you again!

Mikhail Slivinsky: Thanks, let's get started.

P: Go. Question one: I bought a domain, I haven't filled it yet, but I added it to Yandex.Webmaster, and there I got a message about Dorway, Useless content and other violations. Did I do something or the previous owner? What can be done to remove restrictions?

M.S.: Yes, this really happens when the previous owner used deceptive techniques for promotion, and for this, restrictions arrived on the site. Then the site was removed and sold to a new owner. “So the site is empty,” you say, or “it is generally closed from indexing, why the restrictions have not been lifted”! Everything is simple here - search robots cannot access the content of a site that is not available for indexing or has been completely deleted, and therefore cannot assess its current state, so violations do not go away. If you do not plan to follow the example of your predecessor and go the honest way in promotion, fill the site with useful, unique content, do not rush to buy a new domain. Restrictions from it in the process of automatic verification by algorithms can be removed.

P: My site is 67 years old, nothing (or almost nothing) has changed on it for the same amount of time, while it has always had good positions in the search, and today a message about violations arrived. What changed?

M.S.: This can also be. And this is not your merit, but our omission. And it may also be because the world is changing, the Internet is changing, and, accordingly, the requirements for sites can also change.

P: I have made changes to the site / eliminated violations, how and when will Yandex find out about it?

M.S.: Our algorithms constantly check websites. Changes on them are tracked quite quickly, but new data is processed and a decision can be made to lift restrictions around 2 weeks (but sometimes more, depending on the type of violation).

P: A warning appeared in Yandex.Browser and search results for my site that it could be dangerous. What is it connected with?

M.S.: This may be due to the fact that wrappers were found on the site (
), viruses (), sms fraud (), phishing, and other types of threats. In this case, it is best to register with Yandex.Webmaster (webmaster.site) and confirm the rights to manage the site (or even several) - there you will see information about a specific violation, and examples of pages on which it was recorded.

P: Who checks the sites and decides on the imposition/removal of restrictions - tolokers/assessors? Do you check sites manually?

M.S.: Website checks are carried out by algorithms. Our specialists consider each incoming request, however, an ordinary person is not able to take into account such a number of factors (and there are hundreds of them) that algorithms take into account when viewing a site. Also in aggregate. Therefore, the task of a person here is to train the algorithm, the task of the algorithm is to evaluate the factors and decide whether to impose a restriction on the site or not.

P: What should I do if I come across a low-quality site with useless content and other search spam in the top of the search results?

M.S.: Be sure to write to us about it through the form with a link to this site. The information obtained through this form is used to improve the algorithms.

P: Michael, thank you for your answers!
M.S.: Was happy to help!

We congratulate you on the upcoming New Year! We hope that next year all your wishes will come true, and the sites will successfully grow and develop further.

They write to me a lot about regionality, how best to implement it, which regions to assign, and so on. Therefore, today I decided to answer your most popular questions.

What region should I assign in Webmaster if I have an online store?
If your online store delivers goods throughout Russia, you can assign the "Russia" region in the Yandex.Webmaster interface itself. If the site also delivers goods outside of Russia, you can specify the CIS region. Also, we always recommend adding all branches to , since all regions obtained from the Directory can affect the ranking of the site for geo-dependent queries. Branches of the organization are only those offices, shops and pickup points that have the same name as the head office and belong to the same type of activity. Points of issue of several stores of different brands are not considered branches, and you will not be able to add them to Yandex.Directory. You can read more about adding and joining a network in Yandex.Directory in.

If the site operates in several cities (for example, there are representative offices in only three cities), then in Yandex.Webmaster you can specify the city in which the main office is located, and add the rest through the Directory.

In any case, search algorithms are able to determine that a site is relevant to a query from a certain region, even if the site does not have this region in the "Regionality" section of Yandex.Webmaster.

How to implement regionality for subdomains?
It makes sense to create regional subdomains or directories only if you plan to fill them with regional content, that is, useful users of the region they are directed to (for example, post up-to-date information about a product / service in this particular region: prices, availability , shipping cost, etc.). If your site does not have regional content, you do not need to do this: this will lead to duplication of information in the search and possible problems with indexing. In more detail we have

Subdomain or directory - what to choose.
Choose what:

a) Fits better with your site structure and won't confuse users.
b) You can implement technically.
If you have selected a directory, please note that a separate region cannot be assigned to it. But if there is regional content, the robot itself can understand which page in which region it is better to show.

What should I do if the "Diagnostics" section contains a recommendation to add the site to Yandex.Directory?
If you added a card to Yandex.Directory and it appeared in your personal account with the "approved" status, this does not always mean that the card was published in Yandex.Directory. In order to check that the card is definitely in the Directory, use the search on the main page (by the name of the organization or by the URL of the site). If the card is not found, you need to write to .

Also be sure to check that the card contains the main page of the site (for example, http://example.com) and the site address is specified in the same way as in Yandex.Webmaster - with or without the www prefix,
with HTTP or HTTPS protocol.

If your site is informational, but in the "Diagnostics" section there is a recommendation to add the site to the Directory, specify "no region" in Webmaster's regional settings. This will let the robot know that you did not forget to indicate the regionality, but indicated that the site did not have a region.

How do I change the regional settings when moving a site?
Whenever you move a site (with a domain name change, with a protocol change to https), be sure to make changes to the Yandex.Directory cards. In Webmaster itself, also specify the required region manually.

How to change the regionality for non-primary mirrors?
Non-primary mirrors are completely dependent on the main one, including in the definition of regionality. Therefore, changing regions for non-primary mirrors is possible only after posting sites.

How to change the region assigned from the Directory?
Regions obtained from Yandex.Directory are assigned automatically and correspond as closely as possible to the organization's physical location. Therefore, changing the region to a larger or smaller one will not work.

Is it possible to assign regionality to a general site?
If the site is dedicated to some general topics or is a reference site, the site does not need to be assigned a region. In Webmaster, in this case, you can explicitly specify "No region".

When the algorithms on the site fix any violations or security problems, information about this appears in the form of a fatal error in the corresponding section, and with it the "I fixed it" button. It looks like this:

In this post, I will talk about how the button works in cases where violations related to search engine spam were found on the site (for example, Baden-Baden, Minusinsk, Dorvey, etc.). In case of site security problems (for example, if it contains malicious code, wrappers, and any other content that may threaten the security of users), the "I fixed it" button is also available, but it works differently.

The main purpose of the button when search engine spam is detected on the site is to send an additional signal to our algorithms that the specified violations have been fixed. After clicking it, it will become inactive, and the following message will appear next to the name of the error:

After the first click, it will be available in a month. Further, in order to avoid abuse of the button, this period will increase, and can reach three months.
If, after the next check, no violations are found on the site, the restrictions will be removed from it, and the error in Webmaster will disappear. If the algorithms for the site still have complaints, the error message will be in place.

On average, site corrections are reviewed within two weeks, but it can take longer or shorter. Pressing the button does not affect the timing of the check itself.
It is better to send a signal to the algorithms when you are sure that all violations on the site have been corrected. If it has already been sent, and you find something else that can be corrected, feel free to correct it, the algorithms will track it anyway, as they regularly monitor sites, and pressing a button is not a prerequisite for removing restrictions or checking the resource.
But it’s better not to bring things to restrictions at all and follow ours :)

Do not worry, nothing fundamentally new has appeared in Baden-Baden's work - he, as before, has a negative attitude towards sites with SEO texts (those written for search robots).
Recall that SEO texts are, as a rule, texts with keywords and query phrases listed in them. They can be either completely incoherent or quite readable, but this does not play a role - they are written with the aim of influencing the search algorithm and do not bring any benefit to the client. Below I will give some examples of bad and good texts. Let's look at them:

Example 1

For example, this text is clearly not aimed at the client:

You can tell about the services provided by your company briefly and clearly:

Example 2

Here the text, although short, is useless and inconvenient to read:

And here everything is clearly laid out point by point, without unnecessary information:

Example 3

And here's another example. By visiting this site, the client already knows for sure that he needs to buy spices in bulk in Moscow and what they are intended for. Therefore, this text is of no use. There is no need to write about obvious things, and even abuse keywords.

And here is a site of a similar theme, on which there are no extra words - easy navigation, breakdown of goods into categories, the ability to use filters:

Example 4

Well, the last example of "evil and good." With such a description, it only becomes clear that you can buy sectional paintings with delivery in Belarus, nothing more. After the first paragraphs, I no longer want to read further, because the text was written for robots, not people. This evil:

And in the screenshot below - good. Everything is short but at the same time described in detail, there are no questions after reading, the text is light and easy to read by human eyes.

Sometimes the race for high positions can lead to the opposite effect, so it is best to focus on the convenience of potential customers when filling the site:

  • Ask your salespeople what questions customers most often ask about a product. Perhaps they are interested in characteristics, difference from other models, availability of colors / sizes, etc. What factors influence the purchasing decision? Perhaps this is a flexible system of discounts, free shipping, availability of a guarantee.
  • Measure the quality of your content by identifying key metrics (like conversion or add to cart).
  • Experiment with description formats - after all, you can use not only texts, but also photographs, diagrams, videos, and then compare the effectiveness using web analytics.

Look at the site through the eyes of customers: is the information in the descriptions useful? Does it help you choose a product or service? Is it interesting to read? Not? Then it is better to redo the text with such information or remove it altogether. And it does not matter how long the text is and how many keywords it contains - the main thing is that it is useful for visitors and helps to solve their problem.

Let me remind you that the snippet for the same page can change. The description meta tag and the title tag do not have an unambiguous priority when generating a snippet. The snippet of the page is formed based on the words of the search query. This means that fragments of text from the page containing words from the user's query are substituted into the snippet.

Let's look at a few typical examples.

1. The snippet got a service text or e-mail.

A situation is possible when service characters get into the snippet (see the example below).

if you enter the site address in the search bar, you can often observe how e-mail gets into the snippet. This happens because the email contains the website address.

In both examples, the snippet looks unattractive. If service characters (e-mail) get into the snippet, you need to check the page code for the presence of such characters (e-mail) and delete them if they are not needed. If the service text (e-mail) is appropriate on the original page, but it does not need to be shown in the snippet, then I recommend disabling its indexing using the tag.

2. There are several description meta tags on the page.

A site page can contain several description meta tags. Most often, this option is possible when the page uses .
When generating a snippet, the meta tags description ( ) from microdata are taken into account. Those. the content of the description meta tags from the microdata serves as a possible source for the text in the snippet.

3. The title and description have been updated on the page, but outdated ones are shown in the search.

If you see outdated title and description in the search, and the title and description on the site page have already been updated, then, most likely, the saved copy of the page is involved in the search for the date when the old title and description were still written on the searched page. You can find out which version of the page is included in the search using the tool in the service.
After changes have been made to the page, you need to wait a few days until these changes are taken into account in the search. In addition, I recommend using the tool to speed up the updating of page data in the database of the indexing robot.

4. The same or similar title and description are written.

If the contents of the title tag and the description meta tag are the same or very similar, then the description from the description meta tag will not be taken into account when generating the page snippet in the search. Our algorithms tend not to show the user identical information in the title and in the description. Make sure that the title and description do not repeat each other, fill them with diverse and different content.

5. The snippet is formed from the J.Catalog.

As always, you can ask your questions about snippets through . When describing problems, please include the references in question, as well as the request in which the problem is reproduced.

In light of the deprecation of the Host directive, I'd like to elaborate on the recommendations for moving a site. These recommendations are intended for both moving to the https protocol and moving to a new domain name, since the algorithm will be the same.

The Host directive kept the old site available during the move, but it also came with some inconvenience. For example, it was necessary to check that the same site was specified in the Host directive of all mirrors, otherwise the move could not occur correctly. In this regard, it was decided to abandon the use of the Host directive - now the relocation will be performed only using the HTTP-301 redirect. This will also make it easier to combine the move in Yandex and other search engines. Now for the move, I recommend the following:

Both sites must be accessible to the robot. Make sure that the robots.txt of both sites contains the same rules, because if different pages are prohibited, this may lead to different content. If sites use the same robots.txt file, then it is better to specify the sitemap file at the address of the new main mirror, since it will be indexed after the move.

Make sure that most of the site pages are accessible and respond with an HTTP-200 OK code or a 301 redirect code. If domains have a significant proportion of pages inaccessible due to a 404 response code, this may interfere with the move. In this case, inaccessible pages can be prohibited from indexing in the robots.txt file so that the mirror robot does not visit them when checking content.

3. Check that all mirrors in the group are redirecting to the desired master mirror. This also applies to "with www" or "without www" versions.

When all the necessary settings have been made, send a request to move the site in the Yandex.Webmaster panel of the old address. If the application was successfully accepted, it means that the settings are correct and the sites will be able to stick together. The gluing process has been greatly accelerated and can now take anywhere from a few days to 3 weeks. I note that the completion of the move does not mean that all pages of the site will immediately fall into the search at the address of the main mirror. The pages of the non-primary mirror will participate in the search for some time, until similar pages of the primary mirror are indexed. Gradually, as you crawl the desired site, the non-essential will be able to disappear from the search.

Often, the question also arises why in Yandex.Webmaster the secondary mirror has a large number of pages in the "Downloaded" list, and this number can even increase, although the pages do not appear in the search. There is no mistake in this: the list of downloaded pages includes all pages whose links are known to the indexing robot, so data about such pages may well be stored in the robot's database. Such pages will not be included in the search, as they belong to a non-main mirror.

Also, don't forget that for a new domain in Yandex.Webmaster, you need to add your sitemap file and set the regionality.

Do you check Yandex.Webmaster almost more often than social networks? We understand you that way :) Thanks to the numerous new tools that have appeared in the service this year, new data appears daily, or even more often. In addition, the most important of them are perfectly visible on a single page. Sometimes just one look at it is enough to see the problem.

Winter holidays and vacations are ahead - a great time to spend more time with your family and friends. And Yandex.Webmaster will make sure that you do not lose sight of significant events in the life of the site. We tell you how.

1. Set up monitoring of the most important pages of the site using the tool: add the addresses you want to track and set up notifications in the same section, specifying which events to report. For example, if a page with your main product, service, or the most popular article among visitors stops responding to the robot with the code 200, you will soon receive an email and will be able to correct the situation by preventing the page from falling out of the search.

It is useful to note the title change event as well. It is unlikely that a page with children's sleds will suddenly become called "scooter", but it may happen that due to problems on the server, the search robot will receive a stub page with a response code of 200 with service text.

If, as a result of the check, the page responds with the 200 OK code and there are no problems with the availability of the content, then the warning in Webmaster will disappear within a few days and we can assume that the problem has been dealt with;)

How to write to Yandex Platon Shchukin? Photo instruction!

Many webmasters have various problems with the site from time to time. The site is not in the search results, the resource is low ranked by search engines, there are few pages in the search - this is a far from complete list of problems that arise when working on the site. In this case, of course, first of all, you should look for the root of the problem on your side and in the methods of your work. If there are no obvious reasons that caused, for example, the site to fall under the filter, then you can safely write a letter to Yandex describing the problem. So, within the framework of this article, we will talk about how to write to Platon Schukin for Yandex technical support.

For reference: Platon Shchukin is a collective image. It is with this name that Yandex support employees sign their letters when they answer questions from the Yandex.Webmaster service.

How to write to Yandex?

To write a letter, go to the Yandex.Webmaster interface using the link www.webmaster.yandex.ru. The user must be registered there, and at least one site must be added to the service panel.

Then, from the list presented, you need to select the site about which it became necessary to write a letter to Plato.

A page will open with brief information about the site in the foreground. In the column on the right there is a link "Ask a question about the support site", which you need to click on.

On the page that opens, it becomes possible to write a letter to Yandex. The following fields must be filled in:

What is your name;
your email to which the response will be sent;
Message subject;
message.

Obviously, writing a letter to Yandex support is not so difficult. Meanwhile, Platon Shchukin's answer, as a rule, is not distinguished by originality and, unfortunately, by content. After all, search engine technical support employees have to deal with a huge number of situations every day and answer hundreds of questions from webmasters who are dissatisfied with indexing, ranking their resources, and what else. There will not be enough resources to prepare an original meaningful answer for everyone. Thus, if a webmaster wants to receive a meaningful answer from employees that will really help solve a problem with the site, then you must first think over the issue well and correctly state it in writing.

How to write to Platon Schukin?

Practice shows that the tone and content of the letter directly affect the content of the response of Yandex technical support employees. Therefore, if the webmaster wants to get real help, and not a standard unsubscribe, then he must write a letter to Plato, adhering to the following rules.

Firstly, need to rid the text of emotions. After all, the outpouring of suffering and swearing at the search engine in no way contributes to solving the problem. Therefore, when communicating with Yandex, you should focus on solving the problem as much as possible, leaving your indignation, indignation and other emotions in yourself.

Secondly, it follows in the very first letter articulate the problem very clearly. For example, if the position of the resource on requests sank sharply, then you need to write specific requests to Plato. In the event that attendance has sharply decreased, then it is necessary to write when this decrease was noticed. The site itself and its benefits are described in a few sentences. At the very end of the letter, you need to ask a short and clear question that summarizes the whole essence of contacting the technical support of the service. The variant of the "correct" letter in Yandex may look like this.

Thirdly, in correspondence with the support service describe in detail all the measures taken to solve the problem. For example, if Yandex's response to the webmaster's request contained certain comments. Then in subsequent letters the webmaster must show that these comments were taken into account and the shortcomings were eliminated. For example, you can write about which pages of the site were analyzed, what shortcomings were found and whether measures were taken to eliminate them.

Fourth, must write correctly, i.e. without errors. This item can be left without comment.

So, as part of today's material, we talked about how to write to Platon Shchukin in Yandex. Contacting support should not cause any difficulties. It is enough to avoid rudeness, to clearly formulate the question, not to make mistakes in spelling and, of course, to adequately respond to comments.
